Royal Docks Public Realm Framework
We were commissioned to produce a wayfinding strategy for London's Royal Docks. The aim was to facilitate navigation and enhance the existing public space. We drew inspiration from the existing distinctive dock structures and developed a skeletal modular framework that allows for the development of large scale arrival 'gates' and smaller wayfinding aids. Additionally we proposed the redecoration and highlighting of existing dockside objects to offer guidance and reinforce identity. More about the framework can be read here:
